60 DAY WARRANTY

Our belief is that products should be crafted to last therefore Gemondo is proud to offer a 60-day no questions asked warranty to back that claim.

Every piece of GEMONDO jewellery is protected by Pranda UK Limited t/a Gemondo for 60 days following receipt of the order under the terms and conditions of this quality promise. The Pranda UK Limited t/a Gemondo quality promise covers material and manufacturing defects. A copy of your invoice is required for proof of purchase.

YOUR WARRANTY COVERS

  • A repair or replacement will be covered under the quality promise for material or manufacturing defects with the item.
  • Chains can be replaced for the duration of the guarantee

YOUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

  • This quality promise is void if the item has been damaged from improper handling, accidents, and negligence of persons other than authorised Pranda UK Limited sales or service agents or damage due to unauthorised repair,
  • Other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship (including natural wear and tear, bent rings or lost items).
  • Gold plated items tend to fade in time and our warranty does not cover gold re-plating.

REPAIRS

Repairs or replacements of the same items can take up to a maximum of 10 weeks to return. This returns period is dependent on sourcing materials and/or gemstones in cases of loss. As we aim to bring you rarer natural stones and unique designs, a minority of cases with unusual or uncommon gemstones, cuts and stone sizes may occur. In instances such as these beyond our immediate control, it may be difficult, if possible, to source and replace to the exact specifications of the original item.

Gemondo cannot guarantee that we can provide the same model of jewellery but will always try and any amendments will always be communicated to you before repair takes place. If your model is not available, an item of equal value and similar appearance will be offered.

For service work that is not covered under this warranty, one of our in-house jeweller team may perform such services for a quoted charge dependent on nature of the request. These charges are subject to change and an estimated return date will be provided upon request. Such charges will be communicated to and agreed by you prior to any action.

  • Proof of purchase 
  • An image of your item highlighting the issue

Pranda UK Limited highly recommends you insure your parcel and adequately protect the jewellery during shipment. Pranda UK Limited is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipment.

 

What happens after the Warranty Expires?

After the end of the warranty period, our repairs team are available to return your jewellery to original condition. Upon inspection, if the damage is not due to manufacturing defect, we will contact you to discuss the repair fee
