Returns Information

We are pleased to offer returns to our customers. You will be charged a competitive rate for a tracked and secure service back to us. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or get a refund on your jewellery, you can print off your own return labels, post your parcel and we'll take care of the rest. To take advantage of this service, simply follow the steps below.

Please ensure you include the return form in your package so we can process your return correctly and quickly for you.

 

 

For all other customers, returns must be sent back to our UK warehouse for refund or exchange. International returns are subject to the same terms and conditions as our UK orders. Please see the returns policy page for further information.
