About This Item

Classic style sky blue topaz stud earrings crafted from 9ct white gold.

These stud earrings are secured by a post and butterfly clip and are only suitable for pierced ears.

UK DELIVERY

Orders placed before 2PM GMT Monday to Friday and items will be dispatched on the same working day. This excludes bank holidays, special or bespoke orders.

Standard UK Delivery: Aims to deliver your order in 2-3 working days, including Saturdays. Please note due to staff shortages and the pandemic situation this service can take up to 10 working days.

Expedited UK Delivery: Guaranteed next working day delivery when ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday.

Working days are Monday to Friday, not including Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. With the exception of Economy 2nd Class delivery, all other services we use require a signature on delivery. If you miss the delivery, a card will be left to let you know a delivery has been attempted. 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International Standard Delivery: Aims to deliver your order in 7-10 working days. This can take up to 14 working days depending on the country and carrier. 
 
Expedited International Delivery: Aims to deliver your order up to in 1-3 working days.
 
For deliveries to addresses outside the UK, we use either Landmark Global or Royal Mail Internationl (The best service at the time of your order will be chosen). Once the package has left the jurisdiction of the UK Post Office, it is subject to the delivery performance of the postal service of the recipient's country.
 
We appreciate that delays can take place at no fault of your own and in the event of a delay we will always endeavour to get your jewellery to you as quickly as possible.

It is our policy that first orders over £100 will automatically be sent to the cardholder's address.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order we will always try our best if notified as soon as possible or the order has not already been processed. Unfortunately, once orders have been placed we are unable to change details or amend items within the order.
Please note returns may currently take up to 21 days to be processed. Now all customers can enjoy a 30 day returns period.

UK Free Return

Please note returns may currently take up to 21 days to be processed.

We are pleased to offer free returns via Royal Mail to all our UK customers. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or get a refund on your jewellery, you can print off your own return labels, post your parcel and we'll take care of the rest. To take advantage of this service, simply follow the steps below.

Return Policy

Requests for refunds/replacements will be accepted up to 30 days after receipt of your goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can use our free returns service via Royal Mail to send the items back to us for a refund or an exchange. Please read the following to ensure this process is carried out as efficiently as possible.

1. You must inform Pranda UK Limited T/A Gemondo of your request to return in advance:
Please notify us in writing of your intent to return any goods to us. Email us at enquiries@gemondo.com or fill out a return form in your Gemondo account.

2. Product Condition:
While in your possession you must keep any products you intend to return to Gemondo in good as new condition. 

3. Returning The Goods:
With your Gemondo order you will receive a returns form. Please complete this form including the order number and details of exchange or a request for a refund. 
 
In absence of this form, simply leave a note inside the return parcel giving the reason for the return, your name, address, email address and the order number, and send this and the item back to us. If you exercise your right to cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Pranda UK Ltd T/A Gemondo at the address below at your own cost.
 
We strongly recommend you use an insured and verified delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you wish to take advantage of our free returns service you can print a label from the Royal Mail website and take your parcel to your nearest post office. 


Please note returns can take up to 21 days to process from the date the return arrives back to us.

Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.

Depending on your bank, refunds can take up to 5 days to return to your account. If you paid with a credit card the refund will show on your next due statement.
Please take advantage of our free returns service. We are unable to process refunds for delivery costs outside of this service.

4. Faulty or Incorrectly Described Goods:
In the case of faulty or incorrectly described goods, the goods must be returned to Pranda UK Ltd T/A Gemondo as above. If you believe your product is faulty or you have received an incorrect item please contact us.

5. Returns are Subject to the Following Conditions:
  • The goods must be returned with the presentation box and original contents of the parcel.
  • In common with other retailers, for health and hygiene reasons we will not accept the return of earrings that have been previously worn.
  • These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Disappointing

The blue colour of the topaz is very subtle, certainly not as pictured. The topaz has turned cloudy, since wearing for 2 months.
